Lead a sub team to achieve digital acquisition target
Formulate business and media strategies on digital acquisition to achieve business goals
Initiate and implement effective marketing campaigns from end-to-end to drive sales conversion digitally
Analyze & utilize MIS data to make recommendations to improve overall strategies
Use web analytics to improve the efficiency and CPA (cost per acquisition)
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns
Monitor different media agencies and digital content agencies for effective media placement to deliver sales leads and ensure effective conversion rate by working closely with sales channels at the back-end
Optimize our existing website and application forms to increase the effectiveness of sales leads capture and conversion
Work with digital agency for creative optimization (A/B testing)
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree holder
At least 6 years’ experience in performance marketing, with banking, insurance background is a plus
Strong business acumen and analytical ability
Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
Excellent written in English and Chinese and fluent spoken English
