Responsible for end-to-end fixed income / structured products launch for all segments
Handle order execution and product enquiries from sales staff
Sourcing product solutions for different market cycles with product providers and regional product desk
Analysis business data and assist in driving business strategy
Maintain inventories of all related information (regional approval, launch mail) of each product launch
Prepare and conduct into product and process training to frontline
Prepare business update presentation materials
Drive the implementation of regional policy and regulatory guidelines. Update local policy, offering documents & sales tool such as product program, operation manual, order forms, call monitoring checklist & AVR etc.
Develop operation flow and selling process with relevant parties
Regularly review internal process to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the team.
Assist in developing all risk and control processes
University Graduate in Business Management / Finance Discipline
Minimum 3-5 years relevant job experience.
CFA / FRM qualification would be an advantage
HKSI LE Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent is preferred
