    •          Provide personal assistance and day-to-day operation support to senior executive
    •          In charge of scheduling and managing the calendar of senior executive
    •          Scheduling and arranging all travel arrangements for senior executive
    •          Assist senior executive on project coordination & implementation
    •          Provide some administrative/secretarial support to the Senior Management Team
    •          Liaise and interact with senior management as well as business partners
    •          Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time



      •          University graduate in business discipline
      •          At least 5 years of relevant secretarial experience in serving senior management
      •          Well-organized, result-driven, proactive and energetic
      •          Quick to respond to changing circumstances
      •          Presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      •          Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
      •          Excellent time management and detail-minded in organizing business work
      •          Excellent in both spoken & written English & Chinese
      •        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
