Assist & implement banking product system enhancement initiatives to improve business profitability, operational efficiency and customer service quality
Assist the team to manage infrastructure projects initiated by either regional or local team including the following
Regulatory requirements
Participate in process improvement projects to improve investment product selling/ marketing process
Work closely with various parties (e.g. regional/ local product manager, regional/ local technology team, digital banking team, operation, finance, legal & compliance, etc.) to drive system projects at different stages which include providing user requirements, joining grooming discussion, participating UAT and following up system problems after launch.
Participate system testing plan with key stakeholders
Facilitate project progress, solicit strong commitment from supporting functional units (e.g. regional tech team) and proactively update team the progress
Able to work on flexible hours for monthly / quarterly system release testing (e.g. late afternoon or weekend), holiday compensation would be provided

Degree Holder
Fluent in Cantonese & English
Able to read & type Chinese
2 years of system project management experience in financial institutions
Excellent communication skills, in particular drive & coordinate among different stakeholders to achieve project goal
