    Job Description


    • Independently manage in channel service development to ensure successful and timely delivery of new services
    • Develop and implement channel services by working through the whole development cycle e.g. preparing business proposal, user requirement and planning
    • Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
    • Identify new service and business opportunity
    • Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
    • Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry
    • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned




      • University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science or related discipline
      • Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital product/service development and project management in banking/finance industry is preferred
      • Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
      • Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control such as TM-E-1 of e-Banking
      • Knowledge of latest Fintech, digital landscape and trends, innovative and details-oriented
      • Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
      • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
