    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Manage all-rounded office administration matters including contract and license review and renewal, negotiation with vendors and suppliers, sourcing required materials;
    • Manage office procurement and maintain database/inventory for office equipment; monitor and maintain office supplies inventory;
    • Handle corporate real estate matters in respect of project management, lease portfolio management and facilities management;
    • Manage physical security related matters and maintain security provision systems;
    • Supervise the office support team including receptionist/tea lady/driver duties and maintain a smooth office operations and to maximize efficiency;
    • Develop and implement corporate administration policies and procedures and keep reviewing and updating if necessary;
    • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

      Requirements

      Requirements:

       

      • Degree holder or above in related discipline;
      • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with 6 years’ managerial role, preferably worked in sizeable companies;
      • Solid experience in leading office move / renovation / restack projects;
      • Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, good leadership;
      • Good negotiation and problem-solving skill;
      • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese; Able to communicate in Putonghua an advantage.
