Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the insurance specialist team
• Optimize the bancassurance model and provide sales support for insurance business
• Coordinate and work with relevant departments for new initiatives, competitive insurance products / offerings and streamlined process
• Develop insurance research and product performance analysis
• Design and drive insurance promotions and marketing

Requirements:

• University degree in business related disciplines
• Pass in IIQE Licensing Examinations
• Professional qualifications in insurance (ACII, ANZIIF, Dip.IIHK) is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in general insurance field
• Independent, aggressive and able to work under pressure
• Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
