Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute new sales and marketing programs to support sales and marketing activities
• Provide coaching and training to branches and departments on insurance products and compliance issues
• Ensure programs or trainings are complied with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Marketing or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in insurance sales and marketing is preferred
• In-depth knowledge in life insurance products and understand marketing trends
• Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
• Proactive and creative, good interpersonal and planning skill
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
