Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategy to deliver sustainable growth in revenue, balance and core banking customers
• Manage net interest margin to maximize interest income
• Design and execute end to end new product development requirement for system design
• Provide deposit product and transaction requirements for Banking System implementation and conduct UAT before system launch
• Manage to grow the deposit portfolio with pricing strategy to achieve the spread and budget with appropriate currency and tenor mix
• Develop anti-attrition relationship/pricing model to maintain customer number franchise for business expansion

Requirements:

• University graduate in business administration, finance or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in deposits product/service development and lending business in banking/finance industry is preferred
• Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
• Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
