Deposit Product Manager - Banking
Job Description
- Establish process and implement effective controls to fulfill requirement of Deposit Protection Scheme, SFO and respective internal guidelines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Control and Risk to ensure our end to end process comply with internal and external regulatory requirement
- Review end to end process on deposits, treasury, margin and equities product to improve operation efficiency
- Participate in system project to introduce new product/service and ensure product compliance that continue to deliver remarkable experience for internal users and end clients
- Provide daily support on operational duties such as marketing fulfillment, rebate validation, position reconciliation, IPO, ADR fee handling, etc.
- End to end project management from preparing business requirements, design/manage UAT test plan to executing UAT test cases and launch activities preparation
- Support daily production incident investigations and fixing
Requirements
- University or above
- 5 years’ experience in retail banking products
- Experience in deposit, treasury, margin or investment products is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in regulatory requirement in Deposit Protection Scheme, Treasury Operations and Equities trading related to SFO
- System project management (from preparing business requirement to UAT testing)is an advantage
- Self-initiative, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others, strong sense of compliance awareness
- Sound knowledge in MS word/Excel/PowerPoint, Excel Macro or SAS programming is a definite advantage
