Job Description
Responsibilities
Foster long-lasting client relationship and ensure excellent quality of case management services
Collect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurate
Ensure effective and efficient underwriting processes
Requirements
Qualifications
University degree, preferably with LOMA qualification or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in life insurance industry
Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
