Responsibilities:
· Lead a team to achieve sales target by performing telemarketing activities in selling consumer assets products including mortgage;
· Handle customer's complaints in an efficient and professional manner;
· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth launch of promotional campaigns, application process, migration and system enhancement projects;
· Provide coaching to subordinates to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge and service quality.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications;
· Minimum 4 years' experience in Retails Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business , with at least 2 year at supervisory level;
· Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure;
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software.
