    Job Description:

    • Drive customer acquisition initiatives from idea through execution with relevant stakeholders by determining the optimal creative way and budget
    • Drive life style segment based to achieve high customer engagement, satisfaction and word of mouth
    • Develop marketing strategies and tactics for the launch of new value propositions, differentiate the product features for each micro segments and capabilities with the product team
    • Where applicable, develop new bundles and other promotional offers in partnership with product management and finance. Grow, develop, and optimise all paid and organise marketing channels including paid search, paid Social and display against customer acquisition and efficiency goal
    • Identify conversion marketing strategies and testing pipelines, A/B and Multivariate, that will support the conversion and enterprise prospects to buyers
    • Create a customer engagement build a mechanism based on the all customer actions in every touch points with challenger bank
    • Through interviews, surveys, focus groups, all entity data and competitive data gain insights in to customer use of product and services, untapped opportunities, potential buyers and personas
    • Interface with Google and media agencies as well as the internal stakeholders to find new areas of customer growth
    • End-user engagement develop strategies and actions to drive continued end user habituation and engagement
    • Ensure effective implementation, evaluation and optimisation of segment driven marketing strategies


      Requirements

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline. Master of Business Administration is a plus
      • Solid experience in segmentation, planning, differentiating products and value propositions to different segments and customer groups
      • Strong marketing skills
      • Experience in driving acquisition in a new entity with a solid understanding of the full customer life cycle
      • Strong grasp of performance marketing, web and mobile analytics and conversion funnel optimization
      • A formula for continuously testing and refining approach in support of demand generation and revenue growth
      • Deep knowledge of marketing to specific segment groups through Hong Kong Market
      • A result-driven approach that values team work calculated risk, timely execution and quality delivery
      • Understanding of internet business models and web or mobile technologies
      • Marketing budgeting and forecasting management experience
      • Highly analytical, with ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
      • Skills and experience presenting to senior leaders
