Job Description
Responsibilities
Support and contribute in strategic planning for laying down the medium and long-term roadmap for Customer Office
Manage Propel Customer Centricity Strategy and coordinate with Group Office and stakeholders to boost sales penetration and enhance customer experience
Support the strategic projects of Agency and Customer Convergence Driving Success through Existing Customer Management
Identify, monitor and report key performance metrics corresponding to business, customer and marketing goals as well as strategic initiatives
Lead and support key initiatives related to customer growth strategy and collaborate closely with external partners to create new digital ecosystem/capabilities, and internal segmentation teams to widen the use of big data and 360-degree customer view for driving channel and customer engagement
Assist in reporting, presentations, data analysis, and ad hoc projects
Lead individual campaign launch in line with the strategic plan, develop customer communication and agency briefing materials, compile campaign review with customer insights.
Requirements
Requirements
University degree with over 8 years working experience in financial services, management consulting or related industry, at least 5 years of which in a Marketing, Digital, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Development, Business Development, or Project Management role
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and to translate concepts into action plans
Experience in insurance-oriented technology and innovation, digital, and analytics a bonus
Strong communication and analytical skills
Excellent written and presentation skills both in Chinese and English
