    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Support and contribute in strategic planning for laying down the medium and long-term roadmap for Customer Office
    • Manage Propel Customer Centricity Strategy and coordinate with Group Office and stakeholders to boost sales penetration and enhance customer experience
    • Support the strategic projects of Agency and Customer Convergence Driving Success through Existing Customer Management
    • Identify, monitor and report key performance metrics corresponding to business, customer and marketing goals as well as strategic initiatives
    • Lead and support key initiatives related to customer growth strategy and collaborate closely with external partners to create new digital ecosystem/capabilities, and internal segmentation teams to widen the use of big data and 360-degree customer view for driving channel and customer engagement
    • Assist in reporting, presentations, data analysis, and ad hoc projects
    • Lead individual campaign launch in line with the strategic plan, develop customer communication and agency briefing materials, compile campaign review with customer insights.


      Requirements

       Requirements

      • University degree with over 8 years working experience in financial services, management consulting or related industry, at least 5 years of which in a Marketing, Digital, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Development, Business Development, or Project Management role
      • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and to translate concepts into action plans
      • Experience in insurance-oriented technology and innovation, digital, and analytics a bonus
      • Strong communication and analytical skills
      • Excellent written and presentation skills both in Chinese and English
      • Be a team player
