Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build Digital Proposition, leverage on our bank’s product / service edges in digital platform and raise awareness of our digital brand;
Organize integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our online platforms, with the aim to enhance brand awareness, increase traffic & usage to our digital platforms;
Drive and share best practice to improve digital experience based on research and customer feedback;
Collaborate with business units, channel teams, marketing and IT for the design and management of the digital channel experience, offline-to-online experience with the connectivity power of social customers and mobile / internet to drive brand awareness and customer stickiness;
Develop an expert knowledge of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities for the support of strategic direction;
Explore new digital marketing trends, continually research and identify opportunities to enhance the digital marketing mix.
Requirements
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
At least 5-8 years’ retail banking experience is preferred
Solid experience in digital experience enhancement and /or digital marketing
Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
Strong Self-motivation with good project management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
