    Job Description

    • Handle inbound calls from affluent segment customers and provide information on services offered by the bank to enhance customer relationships
    • Deliver good customer service to ensure a superior banking experience to our customers
    • Identify and respond to customer needs accordingly
    • Promote and cross-sell banking products as appropriate
    • Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for product/service/program improvement
    • Comply with bank's policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the bank and customers assets are maintained

    Requirements

    • University graduate with minimum 1 year’s customer service experience in banking industry
    • Customer service oriented and good problem/complaint handling skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Good team player
    • Willing to work on shift duty
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
    • Possess professional qualification of HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 will be an advantage
    • Candidates with less experience will also be considered
