Job Description
Responsibilities:
Bring in knowhow of a domain and online usability expert to substantially increase Online usage including online sales and online/ mobile banking active use;
Recommend and implement features, designs and functionalities to web pages, online forms, online banking, mobile banking and other digital measures to achieve the objective of online usage;
Drive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) initiatives together with support functions;
Bring in ideas and trends of latest digital technology, digital applications, e-commerce/ social media/ web design practices that are applicable to meet our objectives;
Bring in ideas of latest digital business model in banks and non banks that can be transformed into a business model or business initiative;
Drive system changes, web design changes, process improvement, customer programs and marketing campaigns for Online Active agenda;
Come up with business requirement on digital capability innovations (eg. mobile payment);
Come up with business requirement on new digital business models (eg. P2P Lending);
Work with relevant teams/ stakeholders on execution.
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 15 years of substantial experience of a large scale global business in the digital industry;
Domain expert with experience gained preferably from e-commerce. Deep understanding and experience on SEO, SEM, consumer behaviour on web and online usability;
Proven track record for the delivery of innovative digital initiatives and products.
Strong experience on project management of technology projects;
Ability to deal with and manage conflicts with internal and external stakeholders while building successful business relationships.
