Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Compile sales & management reporting to facilitate business review of the Channels.
Ensure smooth BAU operations with business partners including channel services, operational and administrative support etc
Coordinate with internal and external users on user requirement developments and new initiatives and perform UAT on IT enhancement.
Coordinate with internal on the development and execution of TOM supporting multi-channel, including banks
Handle daily/hands-on operational tasks included but not limited to complaint handling, daily data files preparation, system update etc.
Look for ways to streamline the current workflow to strike for efficient operations by driving enhancements on systems and workflows streamline where necessary
Provide management support and analyse data to evaluate business performance
Assist Team Head and Department Head on ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Job Requirements
University/College graduate with 3-4 years’ relevant working experiences
Solid project management and process improvement experiences
Experience on digital platform/ e-commerce/ InsurTech is a plus
Hands on experience in sales operations/ sales support
Strong sense of ownership
Proactive and independent
Responsible, detailed-minded and team-oriented
Analytical skills with good MS knowledge including but not limited to Excel
Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
