    Job Description

    • Plan, coordinate and monitor, from inception to completion of CAPEX and OPEX projects including but not limited to fitting-out, renovation, alteration, improvement & reinstatement work natures
    • Manage the projects thru assess work quality, progress, cost, schedule, safety, health and environmental matters during execution
    • Monitor performance of external vendors, liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure the deliverables are meet with the Banks' requirements
    • Manage entire project cycle - obtain users' requirements, conduct site due diligence, prepare test fit and preliminary design proposal for user consideration
    • Prepare project scopes & budget, obtain quotations, tender preparation, perform contract administration, attend site meetings, VO assessments, follow-ups until expiry of defect liability period
    • Review and evaluate proposals provided by external service providers and depending on the nature and scale of the renovation/improvement  project, provide professional technical recommendation on the rejection/approval of the proposal
    • Act as the focal contact point to liaise with relevant stakeholders related to the project
    • Payment certification/verification to completed works
    • Assist in achieving strategic objectives and goals, and formulate operational procedures to facilitate effective operation and efficient deployment of resources
    • Assist in the development and review of relevant policies and procedures
    • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors

    Requirements

    • Tertiary education in Building Surveying/Design/Building Studies/Facilities Management/Electrical & Mechanical/Building Services/Construction or relevant disciplines with 3 - 8 years' relevant hands-on technical and supervisory experience
    • Familiar with local regulations and statutory requirements
    • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, strong project planning & management skills, possession of good team work, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
    • Able to handle assigned duties and propose solutions independently, well-organised, multi-tasking, to respond urgent issues timely and work under pressure to meet the tight timeline
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD/PhotoShop/SketchUp 3D-modelling/presentations and MS Office is preferred
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
