Job Description
Responsibilities
Drive acquisition and usage of the Bank’s digitally enabled products and services, while advocating a seamless experience throughout a customer’s digital journey
Act as the core marketing lead to participate and implement bank-wide strategic digital initiatives and projects
Takes a meticulously approach on daily reports monitoring to generate accurate, insightful recommendations for continuously betterment
Reinforce a long-term brand preference online
Act as the webmaster to coordinate the greater marketing team on publishing regular content management, eDM and banner scheduling
Manage interactions with internal and external parties regularly for on-time, in-budget campaign implementations
Work closely with IT departments and web designers to ensure quality of work
Adheres to the Bank’s marketing, branding, programming and security guidelines
Adheres to industry regulations and internal governance, zero tolerance to deviation

Requirements
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Business, Information System, Communications or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with exposure to financial services industry preferred
Strong digital marketing sense, detail-oriented, capable of working independently and under pressure
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
Knowledge of HTML scripting
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
