    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Drive acquisition and usage of the Bank’s digitally enabled products and services, while advocating a seamless experience throughout a customer’s digital journey
    • Act as the core marketing lead to participate and implement bank-wide strategic digital initiatives and projects
    • Takes a meticulously approach on daily reports monitoring to generate accurate, insightful recommendations for continuously betterment
    • Reinforce a long-term brand preference online
    • Act as the webmaster to coordinate the greater marketing team on publishing regular content management, eDM and banner scheduling
    • Manage interactions with internal and external parties regularly for on-time, in-budget campaign implementations
    • Work closely with IT departments and web designers to ensure quality of work
    • Adheres to the Bank’s marketing, branding, programming and security guidelines
    • Adheres to industry regulations and internal governance, zero tolerance to deviation

    Requirements

    Qualifications

     

    • University degree in Marketing, Business, Information System, Communications or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with exposure to financial services industry preferred
    • Strong digital marketing sense, detail-oriented, capable of working independently and under pressure
    • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
    • Knowledge of HTML scripting
    • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
    • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
