Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the activities of Mortgage Sales (MS) on local mortgage acquisition and processing;
• Assign MS to support branches on Cluster basis;
• Build up and deepen the relationship with property agents and referral sources;
• Formulate strategy and launch events to boost up local mortgage business;

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial institutions and experience in mortgage loan products;
• Good sales track record and sales driven;
• Highly organized, self-starter with good leadership and communication skills;
• Create a sales-driven culture;
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
• Good management and leadership skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
