Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan and design the implementation of information security controls to protect the company networks, systems and data, including contingency plan of system security services
• Manage and respond to information security threats and vulnerabilities in systems
• Report and investigate on suspicious information security issues
• Ensure information systems and IT infrastructure security by monitoring adherence to information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
• Support security assessment on systems and network infrastructure and propose remediation plan for any potential problems
• Support local information security projects and programs
• Work with internal IT, external service providers and hardware/software vendors on projects to address information security related issues
• Provide 2nd / 3rd tier support to IT Helpdesk regularly on information security related issues
• Perform user support and security awareness training where appropriate
  
  
  

• Degree Holder in IT/Computer Science/Studies
• 2 years’ relevant experience in information security, preferably in financial service industry
• Hands-on experience in security solutions including IPS, WAF, DLP, application and vulnerability scanning, phishing awareness and SIEM
• Professional designation in Information Security (CISSP/CISM/CISA) preferred
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
