Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT project management team
• Develop the workflow/tools to facilitate the IT portfolio management
• Enhance the workflow of system change and release
• Planning the IT schedule, budget and resource to improve overall project efficiency
• Develop the project methodology to facilitate the IT project management
• Manage IT projects so that they can be implemented according to IT project methodology and complete within schedule and with good quality
• Ensure the services from external service providers on projects are prompt and with high quality
• Give advice on IT operations procedure efficiency improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering
• 10 years IT experience with minimum 2-4 years in project management.
• Hands on experience in UNIX and Microsoft Windows platform
• In-depth knowledge in LAN/WAN setup and TCP/IP routing protocol
• Knowledge in Internet and Intranet development, Professional qualification in PMP/ITIL foundation certificate preferred
• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
