    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Establish strategic planning to grow and develop Brokerage Channel to meet the Company target in business growth and align with the direction of Regional Office
    • Manage overall relationship and distribution strategy for respective partners
    • Provide sales leadership to account management and sales teams with regular coaching, motivation, partnership management, performance management and training development plan
    • Develop key account management structure and differentiated services to acquire and retain productive partners
    • Design in conjunction with Mid Office on marketing strategy to acquire, retain and increase productivity of brokers and IFAs
    • Implement appropriate action plans in resources management and ensure a smooth running of the daily operation to support the business
    • Reinforce the key of quality and complaint business to the team, encourage the team to escalate risks or non-compliance matters
    • Ensure an effective people development plan is implemented by leading the management team to review, identify, train and develop potential successors

     

    Requirements

    Job Requirements

    • Recognized insurance professional with solid experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances and distribution channels for insurance
    •  University/College graduate with 15 years’ relevant working experience in sales and distribution
    •  Good knowledge of Brokerage market
    •  Result driven with good commercial judgment and strategic mindset
    •  High level of risk, sales quality and compliance awareness
    •  Able to establish positive working relationship with senior executives internally and externally
    •  Strong sense of financial metrics and measures of insurance business
    •  Strong communication skills with high written and oral in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
