Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing projects independently
• Guide and coach junior staff on product and pricing related work
• Design and price new products with appropriate assumptions/ methods/ guidelines
• Negotiate with reinsurer regarding new product reinsurance
• Liaise with other teams for product related projects
• Review product documents and system requirements
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Actuarial Science or equivalent
• Fellow of recognized Actuarial Societies or Institutes
• Minimum 7 years actuarial working experience and 1-2 years managerial experience
• Experience of independently leading pricing projects is an advantage
• Good actuarial, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Prophet is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Cantonese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
