Job Description
Responsibilities
Act as a Business Analyst to review and streamline the business processes through digital means or system automation
Participate and support all life cycles of department projects; including but not limited to idea collection/sharing, test plan design, launch plan, post-implementation monitoring, and ongoing enhancements
Conduct regular review on system/e-tools usage and provide suggestion and implementation plan for improvement
Manage the maintenance of digital platforms and conduct regular update to external and internal users
Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the project deliverables are completed in good quality and within timeline
Analyse data to evaluate performance of the initiative
Assist Department Head and Team Head on ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Job Requirements
University/College graduate with 8 years’ relevant working experiences
Detail-minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation skills
Good team player with excellent & leadership skills
