    Job Description

    • Maintain the order while passengers board or alight from the tram
      維持候車及登車乘客秩序
    • Handle passengers' enquiries and perform crowd control duties
      處理一般查詢及實施人潮管制措施
    • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
      由主管分配的其他臨時職責

    Requirements

    • Fluent Cantonese, fair English and Putonghua
      流利粵語; 一般英語及普通話優先
    • Proactive with customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
      積極主動; 以客戶為本及良好的溝通能力
