Responsibilities:

• ­Initiate, drive and implement product innovation and product development projects ­ as a team head
• Propose the product strategy to management to fit in channel growth and help achieve company business objectives ­
• Conduct internal and external analysis through collection of management and channel information to derive the right product solution, and convey our product strategy and solutions to the key stakeholders
• Actively working with internal and external parties to deliver competitive insurance products timely and according to schedule and to provide support to distribution channels to drive profitable product sales
• Conduct market research and evaluation of competitors’ products to strengthen our market position
• Commit to launch the product/project timely and with quality

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent, preferred in Business related discipline
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience with sound knowledge and solid experience in life insurance product development and implementation, experience in product marketing is an advantage ­
• Strong business sense and analytical skills, able to understand the need of sales channel
• Good communication, presentation and PC skills
