    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage daily coordination and monitoring of digital content management, web maintenance and deliverability.
    • Drive search engine optimization deliverables, technical SEO optimization, uplift organic traffic growth and conversions.
    • Work with regional and country business stakeholders on responsive UX/UI web revamp and optimization, with experience in Drupal CMS and web languages including but not limited to HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, XML and CSS.
    • Work with regional and country business stakeholders and vendor to lead effective digital analytics tag management and performance reporting for better understand customer journey in order to optimize experience, engagement and acquisitions.
    • Stay consistently ahead in the industry by identifying key areas for improvements and provide on-going improvement recommendations and solutions for digital properties, enhance digital banking customer experience.
    • Capable of proactively drive changes of digital initiatives, adding value to the team and the firm.
    • Capable to understand business requirements and define project scopes for development and enhancement of digital channels and platforms, and prepare requirements documentation.
    • Coordinate with technology and developer for digital project deliverables development, user acceptance test and sanity test.


    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Associate / Bachelor’s Degree in electronic commerce, digital marketing, or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in digital web maintenance, search engine optimization, digital analytics tag management, digital project management.
    • Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, XML, responsive UX/UI design, modern web/mobile standards and accessibility techniques.
    • Knowledge in Site Catalyst and Ensighten analytics tag management.
    • Project management skill, capable to define project scopes, monitor and report progress status, ensure on-schedule launch with sound quality.
    • Good problem-solving, strong relationship management and influencing skills, capable to coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
    • Keen interest and passionate for keeping up with ever-changing digital technology and tools.
    • Fast learner with a ‘can-do’ attitude, conscientiousness, strong attention to detail, passionate, self-motivated and an excellent team player. Able to work well independently, multi-tasking and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of digital best practice including SEO, writing for digital channels, optimization, accessibility and visibility.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • With Google AdWords Certification and/or Google Analytics Certification is an advantage.
