    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for secretarial duties of one of the Hong Kong insurance companies, handling and promoting procedures of the board of directors;
    • Processed the document process and contacted the company lawyer to obtain the company announcement of the insurance company;
    • Participated in the preparation of interim reports, annual reports and other announcements;
    • Arrange meetings of directors and shareholders, prepare minutes, agenda, notices and subsequent correspondence related to meetings;
    • Ensure that all company actions comply with all relevant internal policies and listing rules;
    • Assist in developing internal policies and manuals related to corporate governance to cope with changes in rules and regulations;
    • Handle designated temporary projects.


    Requirements

     Job requirements:

    • Law, finance, accounting or related major, HKICS member;
    • At least 6 years of practical working experience as a secretary in a insurance/ finance firm in Hong Kong;
    • Willing to work flexibly as required, good at multi-tasking and meticulous;
    • Mature, self-disciplined, serious, detail-oriented, able to work independently, good interpersonal communication skills;
    • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, mandarin and cantonese is preferred.
