    Responsibilities

     

    • Explore new business opportunity and develop strategic business plans and initiatives to drive the business growth of Partnership Distribution ; oversee and manage the end to end launch of key strategies
    • Prepare overall performance analysis; business cases and other strategic paper ; provide management support and reporting
    • Work with the analytics team to uncover actionable, data-driven insights and formulate and recommend appropriate strategies to strengthen business management, cost control and risk management processes of all sales channels under Sales & Distribution.
    • Collect and analyze market needs from a range of sources (e.g. sales, customers, opinion leaders, market statistics and research), Carrying out and facilitating research, focus groups, stakeholder workshops for business planning, and strategy formation.
    • Supporting sales teams with market insights and analysis
    • Engage in the development as well as implementation of the Partnership Digital strategy. Drive and manage the development of digital partnerships with an aim to build ecosystem.
    • Research and develop innovative business models and growth opportunities with digital partnerships with an aim to build an ecosystem.
    • Drive digital engagement strategy to deliver key financial and partner commitments.
    • Has a good understanding of customer needs, market trend and digital first mindset and work with UX team to continuously improve the digital journeys.
    • Collaborate with different stakeholders and drive digital KPIs as per defined targets and keep track of the digital metrics to measure the success
    • Drive digital roadmap and platform to achieve both financial and non-financial objectives, such as existing customers penetration

     

    Requirements

    Job Requirements

     

    • University degree with over 8+ years working experience in insurance/financial services ; management consulting or corporate strategy
    • Prefer candidate with MBA or equivalent
    • Proven experience in management of strategic and digital initiatives
    • Able to manage projects from launch to final implementation, Experience on running large scale digital transformation related project is a plus
    • Creative and able to propose new ideas in business and digital solution
    • Strong interpersonal, project management, planning and time management skills
    • Possesses innovative, strategic and analytical mindset, self-motivated and result-oriented
    • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Be a team player
    • Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
