Assist the supervisor in planning and implementing marketing projects
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth launch of new products/services
Work closely with internal departments including product development, IT, CRM, fulfilment logistics and frontlines for service process/system enhancements/customer cases
Responsible for day-to-day marketing operations and clerical duties
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
1-2 years' working experience with CS experience is preferable
Willingness to learn and work in fast pace environment
Good planning skills and able to multi-task and detail minded
Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and highly self-motivated
Fluent in both verbal and written English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
