Responsibilities:
lDrive customer growth through effective marketing strategy and ensure excellent customer experience
lFormulate and lead execution on innovative and compelling campaign ideas, marketing materials and online and offline marketing strategies
lIdentify and establish new channels and partnership programs and work with external stakeholders, such as agencies and partners, to achieve business goals
lResponsible for managing and coaching a high performance marketing team. Build up strong ownership culture
lWork with different stakeholders for different campaigns and projects.
lIntroduce different test and learn campaigns with comprehensive tracking and analysis
Qualifications:
lBachelor’s degree with 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably from finance and banking industries
lA proven leader with a track record of success in marketing and who thrives in a fast-paced and fluid environment
lStrong execution skills, analytical mind-set, strong understanding of brand marketing
lOrganized, self-motivated and proven success working in a fast-paced environment
lPrevious experience and/or desire in building a marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive marketing effectiveness
lEntrepreneurial mindset. Hands-on and comfortable taking on a variety of projects
lInnovative and aware of latest marketing tools and approaches
lFluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (preferred) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
