    Job Description

    • To provide Core Operation user requirement to related department
    • To participate into FS walk-through with related department and all stakeholders on operational areas
    • To coordinate with card embossing vendor
    • Card plastic artwork approval
    • Card embossing testing at batch and instant embossing
    • EMV key installation
    • Card conversion delivery and overall arrangement
    • To work with Business for the new design of card collaterals
    • To assist in the ATM testing and POS testing, if required
    • To participate into the certification test with MasterCard
    • To participate into testing for settlement and cardholder posting
    • Ensure G/Ls are properly posted
    • Assist Business in conducting production assurance test on Core Operations related areas
    • To join the post implementation testing related to Core Operations
    • To support post release works in card operations and incidence handling

    Requirements

    • University graduate with related disciplines
    • Minimum of 5 years solid card experiences
    • Experienced in project handling
    • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
    • Sound knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point
