Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze and review credits for Credit Committee and approve credits below Credit Committee
Manage & enhance credit management system
Attend Credit Committee Meeting as applicable
Manage the credit control on large credit exposure account (e.g., follow up compliance of approval covenants / conditions, periodical interim review of financial status)
Provide comments on loaning manuals / credit policies & related procedures of other divisions / departments
Manage internal operation such as uplift of operation efficiency; staff motivation and development; allocation of duties; refinement of operations system and procedures
Co-ordinate / co-operate with internal / external control units for internal / external audit work, Monetary Authority’s periodic review / ad hoc review / on-site examination
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder in business administration, banking, accounting or finance
Comprehensive knowledge of credit analysis and credit management
Minimum 5 -8 years credit related experience
Prudent, initiative, open-minded
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
