Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall performance, profitability and operation efficiency of Personal Instalment Loan, Revolving Loan or Unsecured Overdraft
Launch marketing programs and formulate segmentation and channel strategies to maximize efficiency for marketing campaigns
Design pricing strategies and marketing offers for different products, according to customer segments and credit profile to maximize the risk adjusted return
Monitor credit performance and liaise with Credit to review credit policies and underwriting process
Liaise with different sales channels and operations to develop efficient and effective sales and operating workflows
Work with different channels including telesales and digital banking to drive business from new customers and boost cross selling opportunities from existing customer base. Monitor the performance of sales channels and evaluate programs results
Drive product development and system enhancement projects to enhance product features, improve customer journey and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements
Requirements
University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ retail banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending an advantage
Strong product development and project management skills
Strong team orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
