Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities and product gaps so as to achieve competitive edge for deposits, banking services and retail payments, responsible for tactical plans to meet customers' changing needs and to deliver business growth
Grow revenues, balances and revamp banking services end to end process and sales activities
Actively interact with various stakeholders, including Sales and Distribution and digital channels to establish rapport and ensure efficient execution of business activities
Develop insightful analytics and customer / product MIS to understand customer behavior, revenue dynamics and trend, and in turn drive continuous improvement of product development and profitability management
Manage change and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time and improve customer journey
Collaborate with Marketing in the planning, development and implementation of creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns to drive the Bank's deposits growth, enhance deposit and banking services, and create incremental revenue to the business
Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulation
Requirements
Qualifications
University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
At least 3 years' relevant experience in deposits, retail banking products management, retail payments, customer journey development within Retail Banking
Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth
Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
Strong project management; proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
