· Work closely with Relationship Managers and Cash Product Sales in order to ramp up new customer revenue
· Provide pre and post implementation support to new customers and ensure smooth transition to the bank
o EB documentation checking
o System User Training
o Technical support for onboard electronic banking services like file import
o General Banking advices to new customers
· Keep tracking the implementation status and ensure it completes within the agreed turnaround time
· Provide support to Relationship Managers to manage key cash customer portfolio that requires intensive service support
o Handle phone inquiries relating to cash payments
o Payment investigation
· Degree holder in Banking and Finance or related discipline
· 1-2 years’ banking experience. Fresh graduate will be considered
· Basic knowledge in electronic banking platform or portal and corporate banking customers
· Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
· Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
