Partner with Recruiter and hiring manager to understand overall expectations, time frames, candidate pool quality and quantity and frequency of updates.
Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping the recruiter informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally in written form, and timeliness.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and existing vacancies
Identify, engage and assess candidates for unique, difficult to fill positions
Convert passive talent with an in depth understanding of our product and business
Research industry trends and the competitive landscape in our industry and area to best inform and advise recruiters and hiring managers
Network closely in and out of out of our industry to identify the right companies to target
Leverage a variety of creative sourcing methods, techniques and tools to generate key talent
Manage and administrate our ATS (Workday) database to ensure requisitions are up to date
Requirements
3+ years research and sourcing experience with a search firm and in-house recruiting team
Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Successful track record pitching to passive candidates
Metrics/data driven and process-oriented approach to sourcing Desirable
Solid recruiting experience in Governance roles, e.g. compliance, risk, finance and legal
Experience in working in a global matrix organization
Customer and candidate oriented, managing large volumes of queries in a fast paced environment
Degree holder is preferred
Multilingual – English, Cantonese and Mandarin Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
