Job Description
Responsibilities
Report to the Head of Brokerage Channel to support the business development of brokerage channel business of Company.
Support the channel strategies and business initiatives to strengthen channel capabilities to achieve the sales target
Implement and support the marketing activities, product launch and provide distribution support for the channel
Maintain good relationship and effective communication with key stakeholders, including Operation, Product and Actuarial to drive various initiatives and meet the agreed AOP
Understand the latest market trend and development in market, act timely to the market change/ crisis so as to protect bank image and improve customers experience
Requirements
Requirements:
University graduate with in business administration, marketing and economic related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in insurance industry with exposure in brokerage channel industry an advantage
Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred
Self-motivate and able to work independently and under pressure
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
