    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Report to the Head of Brokerage Channel to support the business development of brokerage channel business of Company.
    • Support the channel strategies and business initiatives to strengthen channel capabilities to achieve the sales target
    • Implement and support the marketing activities, product launch and provide distribution support for the channel
    • Maintain good relationship and effective communication with key stakeholders, including Operation, Product and Actuarial to drive various initiatives and meet the agreed AOP
    • Understand the latest market trend and development in market, act timely to the market change/ crisis so as to protect bank image and improve customers experience


    Requirements

    Requirements:

     

    • University graduate with in business administration, marketing and economic related discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in insurance industry with exposure in brokerage channel industry an advantage
    • Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred
    • Self-motivate and able to work independently and under pressure
    • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
