    • Job Description

    • Assist Investment Finance Specialists and Transactors in coordinating insurance documentation with external lawyers and insurance brokers
    • Help draft insurance documentation
    • Review insurance documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Coordinate documentation flow between lawyers, bank, client and insurance broker
    • Help ensure facilities close on time
    • Flag any items that need discussion/approvals

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above in Laws, Legal Studies or related disciplines
    • 1-2 years' related working experience and familiar with legal documents
    • Knowledge in relationship between various legal documents and terminologies
    • Proactive, helpful, attention to detail and organized
    • Fluent in Chinese and English
