Provide production of time-sensitive and confidential materials with a focus on high-quality output
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, multi-shift production environment
Communicate effectively with clients and other Digital Print members locally regarding queries on documents
Perform maintenance tasks (e.g. cleaning, replacing digital equipment supplies, completing adjustments, etc.) for the purpose of completing jobs within requested specifications, quality standards and quantity requirements
Provide suggestions to enhance production of document and processes
Interact with supervisory staff to clearly understand deadlines and instructions for processing a document properly
Support Front Desk activities in the absence of Coordinators / Supervisor
Manage projects to ensure deadlines are met Complete related administrative duties for jobs tracking and billing Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Centre
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment with tools and materials arranged orderly
Requirements
1-3 years’ of digital print production and office related support services (paper deliveries, fax support, etc.) is an advantage
Extensive knowledge of operations regarding printing and graphics; knowledge in operation of Prisma, printing, cutting, bindery equipment; and safety practices and procedures
Able to read and follow instructions, perform math/calculations; and understand complex, multi-step written and oral instructions
Working knowledge of PC and use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Adobe Reader and Writer
Must be technically savvy and pro-active in manner, possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Able to multi-task and work under pressure, great attention to details
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 3pm – 12am
On-call during weekends / public holiday (OT will be paid)
