    Job Description

    • Pioneer a holistic vision and marketing strategy for how we onboard, engage, upsell, and prevent churn for our users
    • Become an expert on the customer journey. Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer mindsets, behaviors
    • Develop user segmentation strategies that tap into the customer lifecycle
    • Drive marketing automation campaigns and other growth initiatives from end-to-end: prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
    • Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
    • Develop A/B and multivariate tests to finetone flows, segments and messages
    • Work closely with local teams on objective and direction alignment. Provide support in localizing and executing retention strategies

    Requirements

    • 3+ years experience in CRM, retention or loyalty management
    • Previous experiences with marketing automation tools 
    • Experiences user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, modelling and hypothesis testing
    • Analytics capabilities for understanding user behaviors and developing retention strategies
    • Familiar with the execution of eDM, push notifications, in-app message and SMS
    • Understanding and working knowledge of SQL and BI Tools
