Job Description
Pioneer a holistic vision and marketing strategy for how we onboard, engage, upsell, and prevent churn for our users
Become an expert on the customer journey. Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer mindsets, behaviors
Develop user segmentation strategies that tap into the customer lifecycle
Drive marketing automation campaigns and other growth initiatives from end-to-end: prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
Define metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs and derive actionable insights
Develop A/B and multivariate tests to finetone flows, segments and messages
Work closely with local teams on objective and direction alignment. Provide support in localizing and executing retention strategies
Requirements
3+ years experience in CRM, retention or loyalty management
Previous experiences with marketing automation tools
Experiences user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, modelling and hypothesis testing
Analytics capabilities for understanding user behaviors and developing retention strategies
Familiar with the execution of eDM, push notifications, in-app message and SMS
Understanding and working knowledge of SQL and BI Tools
