Develop and maintain client network through effective relationship building and relationship management, focusing on companies in the Mainland China
Promote the Company’s brand and services to potential clients in the Mainland China
Identify suitable potential clients in the Mainland China and engage in ongoing relationship management activities
Organize and actively participate in networking and marketing activities to enhance the effectiveness of deal origination and deepen existing relationships
Effectively coordinate with the Company’s deal execution teams and strategic partners to develop appropriate strategies
Execute the Company’s business development strategies in the Mainland China in corporate finance advisory including IPO, M&A, etc.
Requirements
Degree holder in business or related disciplines
At least (i) 5 years of work experience as a senior executive in the Mainland China; OR (ii) 10 years of experience of being an entrepreneur and/or business owner in the Mainland China
Applicants without a relevant degree will be considered if he/she possesses one or more of the following: (i) work experience as a senior executive in the Mainland China for more than 10 years; OR (ii) experience of being an entrepreneur and/or business owner in the Mainland China for more than 15 years
Possess a strong and proven network of business contacts in the Mainland China
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data
Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of Chinese and spoken Putonghua a must
