Support the end-to-end project management and day-to-day operation of digital platform, including project documentation, user acceptance test (App / Web), content management, etc.
Support the marketing operation by coordinating with different stakeholders including business users, IT teams and design teams, etc.
Work closely with customer support team to handle customers’ technical enquiries and complaints. Consolidate, investigate the enquiry cases and provide reply and solution to customers
Ensure accuracy of customer responses with compliance to internal policies and procedures
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
Strong knowledge in digital marketing, digital/ web development
Experience in digital project management is a plus
Immediate available is an advantage
Good communication skills of written and verbal in English and Chinese
Good team player, with good interpersonal and communications skills
