    Job Description

    • Support the end-to-end project management and day-to-day operation of digital platform, including project documentation, user acceptance test (App / Web), content management, etc.
    • Support the marketing operation by coordinating with different stakeholders including business users, IT teams and design teams, etc.
    • Work closely with customer support team to handle customers’ technical enquiries and complaints. Consolidate, investigate the enquiry cases and provide reply and solution to customers
    • Ensure accuracy of customer responses with compliance to internal policies and procedures

    Requirements

    • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
    • Strong knowledge in digital marketing, digital/ web development
    • Experience in digital project management is a plus
    • Immediate available is an advantage
    • Good communication skills of written and verbal in English and Chinese
    • Good team player, with good interpersonal and communications skills
