Provide coordination for a regional business built-out project with involves 10 countries in APAC region
Assist in the preparation of reports using MS Office tools as needed for tracking recruiting status and various recruiting metrics
Support a recruiting lead by proactively develop and send written communications, status reports, and updates to senior business stakeholders
Coordinate with offshore team on on-boarding activities and documentation, ensure new hires in Hong Kong successfully comes on-board in a timely manner
Ensure administrative, procedural and operational guidelines and procedures are followed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years HR support experience or recruitment experience
Solid reporting and coordination experiences – metrics/data driven and process-oriented
Experience in working in a global matrix organization
Exceptional time management skills; multitask in a fast paced environment
Degree holder is preferred
Multilingual – English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
