Produce a variety of marketing materials using relevant graphic applications to an advanced level
Trace and produce logos, maps and illustrations
Create concept and artwork for 2D and 3D tombstones (lucties)
Assist with the production of pitchbook materials and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials
Ensure all materials produced are correctly branded as per the bank's standards and advise clients on the use of the brand
Liaise directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements
Complete related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
Assist with intake coordination when required
Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
Buddy new joiners post-training
Contribute to best production practices through internal initiatives and programs
Requirements
Diploma or above in Graphic Design with 2 years' relevant working experience preferrably in a corporate, service-oriented environment or a financial institution
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Excellent attention to details and focus on quality and accuracy
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and cope with pressure
