Presentations Specialist - PowerPoint (Banking)
Job Description
- Produce a variety of marketing materials using relevant graphic applications to an advanced level
- Trace and produce logos, maps and illustrations
- Create concept and artwork for 2D and 3D tombstones (lucties)
- Assist with the production of pitchbook materials and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials
- Ensure all materials produced are correctly branded as per the bank's standards and advise clients on the use of the brand
- Liaise directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements
- Complete related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
- Assist with intake coordination when required
- Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
- Buddy new joiners post-training
- Contribute to best production practices through internal initiatives and programs
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Graphic Design with 2 years' relevant working experience preferrably in a corporate, service-oriented environment or a financial institution
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Excellent attention to details and focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and cope with pressure
