    Job Description

    • Design and develop engaging design for internal campaigns to reach a diverse workforce across 17 markets
    • Design a range of digital internal communications materials, including electronic newsletters, EDMs, posters, etc.
    • Shoot and edit video content
    • Develop internal websites on Collaborate and the Bank's Intranet Portal
    • Manage the information workflow to enhance intranet sites and keep these updated and current with the Bank's strategies and messaging
    • Act as a brand guardian for the region and provide branding guideline advice

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Communications/ Graphic-Visual Communication Design/ Multimedia Arts
    • Written and spoken proficiency in English as a first language
    • Proficiency in HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, HandBrake, Adobe Dreamweaver, Jive and Microsoft SharePoint 2010
    • A strong visual conceptualizer who is good at implementing and executing communications campaigns
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and design
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    • A self-driven goal-oriented person with a “can-do” attitude who looks at obstacles as challenges, has an agile mindset and is comfortable with juggling multiple deadlines and expectations
    • Passionate about storytelling and design
    • Experience with developing a range of multi-media communications campaign tools, such as videos, EDMs, e-posters, podcasts etc
    • Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving in a multi-tasking and fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual contributor
    • Integrity, maturity, dependability and a positive professional attitude
