    Job Description

    Support training delivery within the APAC region by engaging in the following activities:

    • Host or attend pre-joining calls with incoming participants to provide them with detail about the programs
    • Communicate directly with vendor support team to ensure smooth implementation of training, provide real-time support and report any issues back to PMO team
    • Ensure delivery of ECL driven programming in APAC region: Fun/Flexible Fridays, Wellness Wednesday, Welcome Day, etc.
    • Ensure proper scheduling and arrival of business speakers
    • Ensure weekly report on training progress is provided back to the ECL team

    Support training evaluation within the APAC region by engaging in the following activities:

    • Observe multiple training sessions each week and provide feedback to PMO team for vendor implementation or changes to 2022 programs
    • Host multiple focus groups within APAC time zone to obtain feedback on training program from participants in multiple businesses
    • Host pulse checks throughout training to ensure participant comprehension and positive experience is achieved

    Represent Early Career Learning in the APAC region by engaging in the following activities:

    • Attend regular meetings with Graduate Recruitment and Program Management partners to provide updates on training and collect information about programs
    • Build strong partnerships and collaborative stakeholder relationships with HR advisors across the franchise together with the relevant business-aligned Learning Advisors
    • Field questions from internal APAC partners related to training, and escalate issues to PMO team

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development
    • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
    • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
    • Self-motivated and detail oriented
