Job Description
Handle in and outbound calls with focus on service engagement and operation fulfilment
Handle inquiries and transactions on banking products
Conduct questionnaires on risk profiling through phone and lodge the information in the system
Perform reconciliation on control on risk profiling
Good understanding of branch banking procedures and concepts
Deliver good customer service to ensure superior banking experience to customers
Requirements
Associate Degree/College Diploma or above
Customer service experience in banking industry is an advantage
Customer service oriented and good problem solving skills
Proactive with good communications and interpersonal skills
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
