    Job Description

    • Handle in and outbound calls with focus on service engagement and operation fulfilment
    • Handle inquiries and transactions on banking products
    • Conduct questionnaires on risk profiling through phone and lodge the information in the system
    • Perform reconciliation on control on risk profiling
    • Good understanding of branch banking procedures and concepts
    • Deliver good customer service to ensure superior banking experience to customers

    Requirements

    • Associate Degree/College Diploma or above
    • Customer service experience in banking industry is an advantage
    • Customer service oriented and good problem solving skills
    • Proactive with good communications and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
